SMSFcentral was the brainchild of a Financial Adviser and an Accountant who felt they were struggling to add true value to their SMSF clients because they were caught up in a mountain of paperwork and red-tape that goes hand-in-hand with administering an SMSF.
The pair attempted to outsource the administration as they believed this would provide their clients with the highest level of assistance, but they became fed up with the reactive nature of outsourcing to large corporations (mainly run by banks), who didn’t understand the importance of maintaining an individual and personalised experience
for each client.
They stood witness to the poor client experience their clients were receiving and it wasn’t long before they realised many of their peers were in the same boat.
They built SMSFcentral on the philosophy that an SMSF should be run like a business – be efficient, be profitable and have a solid strategy for growth. And to do this, they just needed the right back-end team to help turn the ship around.
