What You Can Do in the Portal
The SMSFcentral adviser portal is designed to streamline your workflow and reduce the back-and-forth that slows down client service. Once you have been granted access, you can:
- View client SMSF data — See real-time fund balances, member details and investment summaries for every client fund we administer on your behalf.
- Track fund status — Monitor the progress of annual returns, audits and compliance tasks so you always know where things stand.
- Access reports and statements — Download financial statements, member statements, tax returns and compliance reports directly from the portal.
- Review correspondence — See copies of ATO correspondence, trustee minutes and other key documents related to your clients’ funds.
Secure and Simple
The portal is secured with individual login credentials and operates over an encrypted connection. Your clients’ sensitive financial data is protected at every step. We designed the interface to be straightforward — no training required. If you can navigate a web browser, you can use the SMSFcentral portal.
How to Get Access
Portal access is available to all adviser partners who have active SMSF clients administered by SMSFcentral. If you are an existing partner and do not yet have portal credentials, or if you are considering moving your SMSF book to us, we would be happy to set you up.
