How the Transition Works
Our onboarding process follows a clear, structured path designed to minimise risk and keep everyone informed at every stage:
- Initial consultation — We sit down with you to understand your book, your clients’ needs, your preferred workflows and any specific requirements. This is where we tailor our approach to fit your practice.
- Data gathering — We liaise directly with your outgoing administrator to collect all necessary records — trust deeds, financial statements, tax returns, member records, investment data and ATO correspondence.
- Data migration — Our team imports your client data into our systems, reconciles balances and verifies that everything is accurate before we go live. We do not cut corners here — accuracy at this stage prevents problems later.
- Client communication — We can prepare co-branded or adviser-branded communications to let your clients know about the change, what it means for them (very little) and who to contact if they have questions.
- Go live — Once everything is verified, we switch on active administration. Your dedicated client manager takes over day-to-day management of the funds.
Dedicated Transition Manager
Every transition is overseen by a dedicated transition manager who acts as your single point of contact throughout the process. They coordinate internally, chase outstanding items from the outgoing administrator and keep you updated on progress. You will never be left wondering where things are up to.
