SMSF Client Services Manager
We are looking for an SMSF Client Services Manager to be the relationship people remember. You would look after our financial adviser partners and trustee clients, coordinate their fund administration and make sure every interaction reflects the care SMSFcentral is known for. This is a relationships-first role for a confident communicator who understands SMSF.

SMSFcentral delivers specialist self-managed super fund tax, compliance and administration for financial advisers and self-directed trustees. We are accountants, SMSF administrators and superannuation specialists, and we are not a bank or an institution. Our team is in-house and on-shore in North Sydney, we use cloud-based SMSF technology to give a real-time view of every fund, and we keep a considered client load so the work is done properly.

What you will do
- Be the main point of contact for a group of financial adviser partners and trustee clients
- Coordinate self-managed super fund administration between clients and the SMSF accounting team, so nothing slips
- Answer client questions promptly and accurately, and know when to bring in a senior accountant
- Onboard new advisers and trustees and help transition fund books across smoothly
- Keep clients informed with a real-time view of where their fund stands
- Spot opportunities to make the client experience better and act on them
- Protect the relationships-first standard that sets SMSFcentral apart
What you will bring
- Experience in client services, relationship management or account management, ideally in SMSF, accounting, superannuation or financial services
- A genuine understanding of SMSF, or the drive to learn it quickly and well
- Warm, clear and confident communication, in writing and on the phone
- Strong organisation and the ability to coordinate across people and deadlines
- Care about people and about getting the detail right for them
- A calm, professional manner that advisers and trustees trust
